Ingredients for salad with prunes:
- Boiled chicken fillet – 200 g;
- Spicy Korean carrots – 100 g;
- Seedless prunes – 120 g;
- Bulgarian pepper – 100 g;
- Walnuts – 50 g;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Grated cheese – 80 g;
- Sour cream 15% – 1.5 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise – 2,5 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of salad with prunes:
Shinkuem finely Korean carrots, cut prunes into thin plates. Chop into fibers cooked chicken fillet, combine with prunes and Korean carrots.
