Ingredients for the holiday cake:

  • butter – 140 g;
  • egg – pcs;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • orange peel;
  • flour – 300 g;
  • leavening agent – 10 g.

  • milk – 500 ml;
  • egg yolk;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • sugar – 4 tbsp;
  • cornstarch – 5 tbsp;
  • orange juice – 50 ml;
  • sweetened cream – 150 ml;
  • peaches in syrup – 200 g.

Preparation of the birthday cake:

In a bowl with creamy soft butter, break an egg, pour vanilla and classic sugar, add orange peel. Sift flour and baking powder into this mixture, knead a soft, elastic and not sticky dough.
