Ingredients for the cookies:

  • salt – a pinch;
  • egg – pcs;
  • cinnamon – tsp;
  • sugar – 120 g;
  • leavening agent – tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 60 ml;
  • flour – 220 g.

Cookies preparation:

In the cottage cheese, break the egg, pour 70 grams of granulated sugar and salt, pour vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.

Sift flour and baking powder into the curd mixture, knead the dough first with a spatula, then by hand.
