  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Sugar – 150 g;
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • Butter – 100 g;
  • Flour – 200 g;
  • Soda – 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Sour cream – 300 g;
  • Boiled condensed milk – 360 g;
  • Butter – 50 g.

Preparation of cottage cheese cake:

Eggs are whipped together with vanilla and classic sugar, beat until a fluffy white mass. Add salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and mix everything together.

Pour baking soda and flour into the mixture and knead a delicate biscuit dough. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, put each part separately in a baking mold covered with parchment.
