How much information do you know about a fruit like peach? As a rule, we can find peaches on the shelves of any store.
If you have a deficiency of vitamin A, you should include peaches in your diet. This fruit is extremely useful, for it contains a large number of vitamins. In addition to vitamin A, peaches have vitamin C. Both vitamins slow down the aging process.
You can eat peaches in different ways. We advise you to prepare a delicious peach pie from the fruit.
Ingredients for peach pie:
- peaches – 4 pcs;
- sugar – 150 g;
- water – 100 ml;
- starch – one tbsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- flour – 300 g;
- leavening agent – 12 g.
Preparation of peach pie:
Remove the pips from the peaches, cut into small pieces. Using an immersion blender make a puree. Combine puree with granulated sugar and water in a saucepan.
Mix the starch with 3 tablespoons of water in a separate bowl. Bring the peach puree to a boil, pour the starch mixture into it, stir.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and eggs

Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, sift in flour and baking powder, knead an elastic and soft dough.
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle it lightly with flour

Roll out ½ of the dough into a round with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the mold.
Place the dough on the surface of the mold, remove the excess edges.
Poke the bottom of the dough with a fork in several places

Spread 2/3 of the peach filling into the dough

Roll out the second part of the dough into a similar layer, but with a smaller diameter. Cover the filling with this layer, pinch the edges of the sides and the layer together.
Put the rest of the filling into a pastry bag. Pipe the filling in a pattern onto the top of the pie.
Bake the pie in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
After cooking, the pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. You get a flavorful peach pie with plenty of filling inside.
