Ingredients for salad with carrots:
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- carrots – 250 g;
- mustard – tsp;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- dill – 50 g;
- garlic – 4 cloves.
Preparation of salad with carrots:
Shred carrots and cheese on large sharps of grater. Separate the yolks from the whites of boiled eggs. Grate the whites on a coarse grater, add to the carrots and cheese.
