Chicken soup is one of the most popular and traditional dishes in different cuisines of the world. It can be found on restaurant menus and on family tables, and has become a symbol of comfort and care.

idea of chicken soup dates back to ancient times, when people used chicken as a source of protein and other
nutrients.

Let’s tell you how to make a delicious chicken soup.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- Potatoes – 3 pcs;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Dill – a couple of sprigs;
- Salt – 2 tsp;
- Laurel leaf – 1 pc.
Ingredients for cheese balls:
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Butter – 20 g;
- Eggs – 1 pc;
- Flour – 100 g;
- Dill – a couple of sprigs;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of chicken soup:
Cut small pieces of chicken fillet, in a saucepan boil until boiling, remove the foam from the surface of the broth. Cut onion and half of the carrots crosswise, put them in the broth along with the bay leaf,
salt the broth and leave to boil

In the meantime, prepare cheese balls by mixing grated cheese with butter, salt, egg and chopped dill
. Pour the flour into the mixture in batches and knead a soft and not sticky dough

Leave the dough in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.
Peel and dice the potatoes, put them into the broth after 20 minutes of cooking. After another 10 minutes, form the dough into small balls and
put them into the soup, then grate the other half of the carrots into the soup. Boil the soup for another 7 minutes, chop dill into it.
Remove half of the carrots and onions from the soup. Boil the soup for a couple of minutes, and then leave it to infuse for 10 minutes.
The result is a hearty chicken soup with cheese balls. Even children will like this soup, since there is no onion in it.
