As a rule, everyone starts preparing salads closer to winter and fall. In summer, there are no special difficulties with cooking this dish, as there are fresh vegetables. Summer salads turn out light and refreshing. The function of winter salads is different from summer
salads. The fact is that winter salads are more nourishing and najoristy. They have more mayonnaise, meat ingredients, pickles and eggs predominate. The most popular salad for winter is considered Olivier.
Let’s show another way to prepare a winter salad.
Ingredients for the salad:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- cucumber – pcs;
- cheese – 140 g;
- corn – 160 g;
- sour cream – 3 tablespoons;
- mustard – tsp;
- lemon juice;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- green onions – a bunch;
- dill – a bunch.
Preparation of the salad:
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel, cut into small cubes and send to a bowl. Also cut cucumber and cheese into small cubes and mix with eggs.
Chop green onions and dill finely and put them together with corn in the salad. For dressing mix sour cream with mustard, squeeze juice of a couple of lemon slices.
Mix components for dressing, add to the salad.
Salt the salad, mix the ingredients.
You can put the salad in a special small ring to give it a shape.
