Ingredients:
- Cabbage – 2 kg;
- Carrot – 1 pc;
- Apple – 1 pc;
- Garlic – 3 cloves.

- Water – 2 liters;
- Sugar – 200 g;
- Salt – 4 tbsp;
- Vinegar 9% – 180 ml;
- Laurel leaf – 3 pcs;

Preparation of pickled cabbage:
Remove the pith from the cabbage, chop it into thin straws. Grate carrots, peeled apple, cut garlic cloves into thin plates.
