Mankind has known about cheesecakes for quite a long time. We can say that this dish appeared almost as soon as people discovered cottage cheese. The fermented milk product began to be fried, baked and even boiled. This led to the emergence of many national and well-known recipes for cottage

difficult to say about the exact country where cheesecakes were first cooked. In different sources, the information does not coincide. Therefore, it is impossible to judge the exact origin of the dish.
Let’s tell you how to make modern cheesecakes, which do not spread on the frying pan.
Ingredients for cheesecakes:
- Curd – 500 g;
- Egg – pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – tbsp;
- Vanilla sugar – tsp;
- Flour – 100 g.
Ingredients of sauce for cheesecakes:
- Sour cream – 100 g;
- Butter – 50 g;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of cheesecakes:
Lay out in a bowl necessarily dry cottage cheese with a small percentage of fat content. (5% fat cottage cheese is optimal)
Knead the cottage cheese with a fork or rub it through a sieve.
If the curd contains a lot of liquid, it is better to leave it overnight in a gauze cloth. In this way, the excess whey will drain out of the curd faster.
Add only one egg to the curd. Pour vanilla and classic sugar, salt.
Do not abuse sugar in cheesecakes, it affects their consistency.
Mix the components, sift the flour. Stir the ingredients with your hands or a spoon until they are completely combined. Sprinkle the table with flour and form a curd dough
bundle
on the surface.
Using a sharp knife, cut the bundle into portioned pieces – curd dough pucks.
Cover the puck with a glass and twist it to achieve a perfect round shape of the cheesecake. Do the same with the other side of the cheesecake.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the cheesecakes on both sides until browned.
Put the cheesecakes on a baking tray, bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the sauce in a saucepan melt butter, mix with sugar and sour cream until homogeneous.
