Ingredients for cake General:
- sour cream – 390 g;
- cocoa – 2.5 tbsp. l;
- sugar – 330 g;
- butter – 245 g;
- flour – 240 g;
- boiled condensed milk – 180 g;
- chicken egg – 3 pcs;
- raisins – 70 g;
- baking soda – 1.5 tbsp;
- poppy seeds – 70 g;
- vanilla sugar – 3 tsp;
- nuts – 70 g.
Preparation of the cake General:
We need to make the dough for three different cakes. To do this, we take three bowls, in each pour 100 grams of granulated sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, beat an egg.
Beat the ingredients in three bowls until homogeneous

In three different bowls pour 125 ml of sour cream, add half a spoonful of baking soda to each. Wait until the components react, pour into the egg mixture.
In three bowls we sift 80 grams of flour each, knead the biscuit dough

In one bowl we pour the raisins softened in advance, in the second – poppy seeds, in the third – nuts. The
baking mold is covered with parchment, one by one we prepare the crusts

Pour the first dough with raisins into the mold, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Similarly prepare the other two cakes
. 200 grams of butter whipped with a mixer for about 7 minutes, a little less whipped condensed milk. Gradually add condensed milk to the butter, continue beating until a homogeneous creamy consistency.
Smear the two cakes with the cream, assemble the cake

It is important that the top crust was not smeared with cream. Put the base of the cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
In a saucepan combine the rest of the butter, sugar and sour cream. Sift cocoa powder into the mixture, over low heat bring the mass to thickening.
Prepared glaze should be poured over the top of the cooled cake
