Instant Salad is one of the most popular and versatile salads in the former Soviet Union. With its lightness and variety of ingredients, it has become a real classic on holiday tables and family dinners.
Crab sticks, which are actually surimi – a processed fish product – are easily digested and perfectly combined with various vegetables, greens and other ingredients.

Ingredients:
- crab sticks – 250 g;
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- Korean carrots – 250 g;
- processed cheese – 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of instant salad:
Chop finely crab sticks, separate Korean carrots with a knife. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.
Mix crab sticks, Korean carrots and eggs in a salad bowl. Grate melted cheese into the salad on a fine grater. Fill
the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix thoroughly.
It turns out to be a very simple and quick salad for every day. It can also become a great appetizer for a festive table.
