Ingredients for the salad:
- Potatoes – 4 pcs;
- Herring – 1 pc;
- Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp;
- Salt – 2 pinches;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch;
- Cucumber -2 pcs;
- Semi-hard cheese – 100 g;
- Green onion – a few stems.
Preparation of the salad:
Boil potatoes, peel and cool, grate on a coarse grater. Put the potato layer in a pastry ring. Tamp the potatoes and smear with mayonnaise.
Cut the herring into oblong pieces, place on the layer of potatoes. Rub hard-boiled eggs on the layer of herring
. Cut cucumbers into thin bars and put them on the egg layer. Smear the cucumber layer with mayonnaise. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle it on the top of the salad, smear with mayonnaise.
