It is hard to find a person who would not like kebab. It is an interesting dish that has come to us since ancient times.

Each country has its own way of cooking fried meat. However, it should be recognized that the Caucasus and Georgia, Armenia surpassed everyone in this matter. These peoples pass on the recipes of shashlik preparation from generation to generation.

As Georgians and Caucasians believe, the garnish and sauce to the meat are no less important. With the right mix of spices you can achieve incredible flavor.

We will show you one of the ways of cooking kebab with sauce.

Ingredients for kebab with sauce:

  • minced chicken – kg;
  • vinegar – ¼ cup;
  • onion – 280 g;
  • water – a glass;
  • bell pepper – 160 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • parsley – 20 g;
  • tomato paste – tbsp;
  • garlic – 30 g;
  • tomatoes – 200 g;
  • breadcrumbs – 25 g;
  • paprika – tbsp;
  • red chili pepper – tsp;
  • cumin – tbsp;
  • ground black pepper – tbsp.

Preparation of kebab and sauce:

Chop 180 grams of onions as finely as possible, add to the chicken mince. Shinkuem 60 grams of bell peppers, parsley and garlic, pour to the minced meat along with paprika, ground black pepper, red chili pepper, cumin and salt.

Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix all ingredients thoroughly until homogeneous

Form small lumps of meat, slightly larger than walnuts. Put the cutlets on a stick, creating a hole inside.

Remove the cutlets from the stick, put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. At this time prepare sauce for kebab.
