In the 21st century, learning about dishes from other countries has become much easier and more accessible. For example, not many people know about the existence of Asian soups. One of the most popular now is Ramen.
This soup appeared in Japan after the Second World War. Then the country was going through hard times, which affected local cooking.
One of the regular visitors to the canteen asked to add noodles to Miso soup. So the idea of a new soup, different from Miso, was born. It
is worth learning how to cook Ramen, as it is a very hearty and healthy Asian soup.
Ingredients for Ramen:
- chicken neck – 500 g;
- beef bones – 500 g;
- pork bones – 500 g;
- carrots – pcs;
- ginger – pcs;
- onion – pcs.;
- garlic seasoning – tbsp;
- garlic – clove;
- soy sauce – 6 tbsp. tbsp;
- instant noodles – briquette;
- bean sprouts – 100 g;
- spinach – bundle;
- 9% vinegar – ¼ tsp;
- green onions – a bunch;
- boiled egg – pcs;
- chili oil – ½ tbsp;
- smoked pork – 3 slices.
Ramen preparation:
Place pork and beef bones along with chicken necks in a cauldron. Add carrots, ginger, onion, garlic clove, garlic seasoning to the bones.
Pour the ingredients with 5 liters of water, add 4 spoons of soy sauce, cover the cauldron and put on medium heat.
