- milk – 450 ml;
- cream – 150 ml;
- chocolate – 90 g;
- sugar – 70 g;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- cocoa – 25 g;
- starch – 30 g;
- gelatin – 10 g;
- water – 50 ml.
Preparation of chocolate dessert:
In a saucepan pour vanilla and classic sugar, cocoa and starch. Pour cold water into the gelatin in advance, leave it for 10 minutes.
Chop the chocolate to the state of crumbs.

. Pour the milk into the mixture, bring to a thickening on medium heat. Add chocolate to the boiling thick mass, melt for a minute and mix the components.
