pie.
Ingredients for berry pie:
- Egg – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 110 g;
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- Milk – 100 ml;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Sour cream 20% – 3 tbsp;
- Leavening agent – 10 g;
- Frozen cranberries – 50 g;
- Starch – 1 tsp.
Preparation of berry pie:
Break a couple of eggs in a bowl, pour 100 grams of sugar and whisk thoroughly until the formation of foam and dissolution of grains of sand.
Pour into the egg mixture vegetable oil and milk, mix.
Sift into the egg mixture flour and baking powder, knead a thick dough without lumps
.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the dough in it.
In a bowl with sour cream beat an egg, pour 10 grams of sugar and mix. Pour the starch into the cranberries and mix.
Pointwise pour the sour cream mixture on top of the dough, sprinkle the pie with berries.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
After baking, you can check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer. It should come out of the pie completely dry.
