Ingredients for the pie:

  • Flour – 300 g;
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • Butter – 150 g;
  • Kefir or yogurt – 100 g;
  • Apple – 4 pieces;
  • Egg – 1 piece;
  • Sugar – 150 g;
  • Sour cream – 300 g;
  • Flour – 60 g.

Pie preparation:

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add room temperature butter and with the help of a fork beat until homogeneous

. Pour into the mixture kefir or yogurt, stir. Send the resulting dough to the freezer for 15 minutes.

Peel the apples from the peel and core, cut the pulp into medium sized pieces.
