An important part of any celebration is a buffet. Many improperly organize this part of the celebration, which subsequently creates a lot of inconvenience to the guests and the celebrants themselves. In
order to avoid trouble, it is worth learning a few simple rules.
First, it is better to prepare different types of snacks – not only meat or fish. On your holiday there may be different people who do not use this or that product.
Secondly, there should be a lot of appetizers

Otherwise, guests will remain hungry. In particular, it is important to observe this rule in the presence of alcohol at the celebration.
How to make a delicious and memorable appetizer?
Ingredients for a cheese appetizer:
- processed cheese – 3 pcs;
- carrots – 3 pcs;
- eggs – 6 pcs;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- pickles – 8 pieces;
- mayonnaise – 5 tbsp;
- bread – 10 slices.
Preparation of cheese appetizer:
Remove crusts from bread slices, make the slices equal in size. Place the bread slices in a mold in an even layer.
Grate cooled processed cheese on a large grater. Pass garlic through the press to the cheese mass, dress with a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix. Grate
similarly boiled carrots, dress with mayonnaise and salt. Peel hard-boiled eggs, get rid of yolks
. Rub and mix with mayonnaise whites.
Cut thin circles of pickled cucumbers

On the bread layer lay out an even layer of cheese mixture.
Next, line the carrot mixture with a layer, and then the protein mixture.
Overlap the cucumbers on top of the protein layer. Cover the cake with food film and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. In the meantime, grate the yolks on a small grater. The
cake can be served whole or cut into portioned pieces.
Before serving, be sure to sprinkle the layer of cucumbers with yolks.
