Ingredients:
- Flour – 150 g;
- Soda – 0.5 tsp;
- Kefir – 100 ml;
- Bananas – 3 pcs;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 40 gr;
- Salt.
Preparation:
In a deep container break two chicken eggs. Beat with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt and 40 grams of sugar. Whisk the ingredients until lightened.
Combine the mixture with kefir (fat content 2, 5%). Pour in baking soda and stir with a whisk. Pass the flour through a sieve and gradually add one tablespoon at a time. This way you can avoid lumps and achieve the necessary homogeneity.
Cut the bananas into two parts, each of which is divided lengthwise. Then dip each piece in the dough.
Send the prepared products to a hot frying pan with oil. Cook on both sides on medium heat. Achieve a golden color. To get rid of excess oil, place on paper towels.
