One of the most popular is considered a recipe for pie “Three Milk”. Let’s try to prepare this pastry
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 120 g;
- Flour – 120 g;
- Baking powder – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the soaking:
- Cream 33% – 120 g;
- Milk – 100 g;
- Condensed milk – 120 g;
- Whipping cream – 300 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Preparation of “Three Milk” pie:
Mix eggs with salt and sugar, beat with a mixer for about 12 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder, sift into the mixture in parts and gently mix it.
Cover the baking mold with parchment, pour the airy dough on the bottom. Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
For soaking mix cream with milk and condensed milk. Poke the biscuit all over the surface with a fork, pour it carefully with the impregnation of three kinds of milk.
After the biscuit is soaked, it can be removed from the mold. For the cream, whip the unwhipped cold cream with a mixer with vanilla sugar for 1.5-2 minutes.
Spread the cream on the top of the cake, spreading it over the surface.
