Let’s prepare a hearty zucchini casserole

Ingredients:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- tomatoes – 3 pcs;
- green onions – a bunch;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- cheese – 180 g;
- butter – 30 g;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of zucchini casserole:
Cut zucchini, chicken fillet and tomatoes into small cubes. Shinkuem green onions, lay out to the vegetables and meat.
Break eggs into the mixture, add mayonnaise. Press garlic cloves through a press, mix with the rest of the components, salt.
Grease a baking dish with butter, put the mixture of vegetables and chicken.
Bake the dish at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle the casserole with cheese, cook for another 20-30 minutes.
You get a casserole with juicy chicken and zucchini. If desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
