Meringue ingredients:

  • Egg whites – 200 g;

Preparation of the roll:

Separate the yolks from the whites in the eggs, pour the protein into a separate dry container. Pour citric acid to the protein. Beat the egg whites, pour granulated sugar into them every 15 minutes.

After 5 minutes, make sure that the egg whites are stable. Pour the starch into the meringue and continue beating with the mixer
