Ingredients for salad “Gluttony”:

  • beef – 300 g;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • carrots – pcs.;
  • pickled cucumbers – 4 pieces;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • salt – ⅓ tsp;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of salad “Gluttony”:

Cut quarter rings onions, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onion in a skillet first in vegetable oil. Onions should become soft and slightly golden.

Put the fried onions in a salad bowl. Pour vegetable oil in the frying pan, fry carrots until soft, also put them in a bowl.

Cut pickled cucumbers into small bars, send them to the salad
