There are many different ways of cooking cutlets. And each country has its own original algorithm for cooking this dish. For example, in France, the original recipe for cutlets is similar to our kebabs or American barbecue. The French simply bake pork ribs to a crispy crust
. In other countries, pieces of butter are added to chopped cutlets. There is a way to cook cutlets filled with cheese, vegetables and even fruit.
We want to show you how you can cook cutlets with one of the obvious, yet unused components.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat – 450 g;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- pickles – 100 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- baton – 3 pieces;
- egg – pcs;
- onion – pcs.;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Preparation of cutlets:
We get rid of the crusts on the loaf, in a bowl with the crumbs we grind pickled cucumbers on a fine grater. It is necessary to leave the crumb with cucumbers for 7-10 minutes, so that the bread is soaked in brine.
Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic. Add onion and garlic, as well as egg to the minced meat, mix the components.
Do not forget to salt the meat mass and add ground black pepper. Put to the meat mass crumbs and pickled cucumbers, again mix the ingredients.
Beat the mince, form it into small cutlets. Be sure to roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
While the oven is heated to 180 degrees Celsius, cutlets should be fried
in
a frying pan.
Roasted cutlets are transferred to a mold for baking, put away in the oven for half an hour.
Using instead of milk cucumbers with brine you will notice a slight change in flavor. We do not advise to salt this stuffing strongly, as this function is performed by pickled cucumbers.
