Ingredients for herring appetizer #1:
- Herring fillet – 2 pcs;
- Boiled egg – 2 pieces;
- Black bread;
- Mustard in grains – ½ tsp;
- Dill – a bunch;
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of herring appetizer #1:
Cut small slices of bread and dry it on a dry heated frying pan. Grate hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater, mix with mayonnaise.
