Ingredients for a German salad:

  • potatoes – 600 g;
  • salt – 2 tsp;
  • red cabbage – 300 g;

  • bread – 3 slices;
  • tomato – pcs;
  • garlic – clove.

Ingredients for dressing:

  • vegetable oil – 200 ml;
  • egg – pcs;
  • sugar – tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • Bavarian mustard – tbsp;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • lemon – ½ pc.

Preparation of German salad:

Boil the potatoes until they are ready, add one teaspoon of salt to the water. While the potatoes are boiling it is necessary to chop red cabbage and cut thin feathers of onion
