is not uncommon to be advised to bake pies and buns when selling a home. The fact is that the smell of baked goods in the apartment or house leads to positive associations. So it is easier for buyers to make a choice in favor of your home.
In addition, buns are hearty baked goods. Let’s tell you how to prepare delicious buns with stuffing.
Ingredients for buns:
- flour – 570 g;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- yeast – 1 tbsp;
- milk – 120 ml;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- water – 140 ml;
- vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- lemon jam;
- blueberry jam.
Preparation of buns:
In a bowl with flour pour salt and granulated sugar, yeast, stir the loose products. Make a depression in the flour, pour warm milk and water, break the egg.
Start kneading the dough with a spatula

As soon as the dough starts to gather into a lump, continue to knead it with your hands.
Gradually pour vegetable oil into the dough, knead

on the table until soft and not sticky.
Grease a deep container with vegetable oil, leave in it under a food film kolobok for an hour.
Then knead the dough again, divide it into 12 equal parts, form koloboks.
Put the koloboks on a baking tray lined with parchment. Lightly press the rolls with your hand, turning them into thick buns.
Grease the buns with vegetable oil.
Make a small depression in the middle of each bun with a rolling pin or a pile.
Spread lemon or blueberry jam into this depression.
Cover the buns with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with beaten egg and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
