Basically, the problem of caloric content of the salad is in mayonnaise. Therefore, let’s exclude this harmful sauce from the salad “Odessa”.
Ingredients for salad “Odessa”:
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- cheese – 150 g;
- corn – 100 g;
- cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- dill – a bunch;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp. l.;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of salad “Odessa”:
Get rid of cucumbers from the stalks and cut into small bars. Similarly cut cheese, put together with cucumber bars in a salad bowl.
Cut small cubes or straws peeled hard-boiled eggs. Shinkuem dill, together with eggs and corn put in the salad bowl.
Press garlic cloves through the press, add to the salad. Salt the dish, dress with sour cream and mix thoroughly.
For flavor in the salad also add a pinch of ground black pepper.
