Ingredients for sponge cake:

  • egg whites – 8 pcs;
  • sugar – 220 g;
  • flour – 75 g;
  • cocoa powder – 50 g.

  • egg yolks – 8 pcs;
  • sugar – 50 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • flour – 70 g;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • butter – 200 g;
  • dark chocolate – 100 g.

Preparation of the cake “Angel’s Feast”:

Beat the whites until lush, and then gradually pour sugar to them. Continue beating the whites with a mixer until white.

Mix cocoa powder with flour and sift into the protein mass, knead the dough. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
