Lulia kebab is a popular meat dish that has its origins in the culinary traditions of the peoples of the Caucasus and Central Asia. It is a delicacy that has gained popularity not only in these regions, but also in many countries around the world, including Russia, Turkey, Iran and others. The

word “lulya” may be related to the Persian “kebab”, which means “meat roasted on an open fire”. According to legend, this type of kebab originated from the need to cook meat quickly and easily, using simple ingredients and minimal effort. The dish was originally made with lamb or beef, but over time, other types of meat began to be used as well.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 700 g;
  • Chicken breast – 500 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Basil – 1 tsp;
  • Salt – 2 tsp;
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp.

Preparation:

Mix pork and chicken meat, chop onion to them, pass through a blender. Pour into the mixture smoked paprika, basil, salt and black pepper.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Beat the minced meat for 5-7 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and shape sausages from the minced meat. Put the sausages on the frying pan and fry on each side until golden.
