Ingredients for roast:
- Meat – 1.5 kg;
- Spice mix;
- Cumin;
- Vegetable oil;
- Garlic – 5 cloves;
- Tomatoes in their own juice – 300 g;
- Allspice;
- Laurel leaf;
- Badian;
- Water – 400 ml;
- Pepper – 2 pcs;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Beans – 200 g;
- Potatoes – 1,5 kg;
- Spice mix;
- Ground black pepper.
Cooking the roast:
Cut meat into large pieces, salt to taste, add spice mix and cumin. Mix the meat with salt and spices, put it in a saucepan with preheated vegetable oil.
Fry the meat in the saucepan, stirring constantly. While the meat is frying, finely chop garlic cloves, press them.
