Ingredients for apple doughnuts:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- flour – 160 g;
- apples – 3 pcs.
Preparation of apple doughnuts:
Combine kefir and sour cream in a bowl, break eggs in the same place, pour salt and granulated sugar. In another bowl, mix flour with baking powder, add the bulk products in batches to the kefir, knead the dough.
Peel apples from the peel and cut into small pieces
