Puffy soft pancakes are one of the most desirable breakfasts for a large number of people. There is a large number of fritters – Slavic, European, Asian. Also fritters are divided by fillings, type and even shape.

Probably, the variety of this uncomplicated dish and made it popular. Why then does not everyone manage to cook simple pancakes puffy? The

fact is that people do not observe some of the secrets of cooking. For example, they use cold kefir instead of warm or add an excessive amount of flour.

Let’s create perfect puffy fritters in our kitchen.

Ingredients for apple fritters:

  • kefir 2.5% – 500 ml;
  • flour – 410 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • soda – 1 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • apples – 2 pcs.

Preparation of apple fritters:

Beat the eggs with vanilla, classic sugar and salt. Pour warm kefir into the egg mixture, stir.

Peel apples from the peel and seed pods, turn into a puree. Send the apple puree to the bowl to the mixture of kefir and eggs.

Sift the flour into the bowl in several steps, knead the dough. Pour baking soda into the dough, stir it into the dough

for a

couple of minutes.

Leave the dough for 5 minutes at room temperature. Then pour a tablespoon of dough into a skillet with hot vegetable oil.

Note! Do not re-mix the dough after proofing. Fry the fritters on both sides until golden.
