Apple pies are one of the most favorite desserts of many people. In the fall season, everyone is especially pleased to taste a fresh and sweet homemade pie. The ingredients for the pie are easy to find at the grocery store, and the recipe is simple and quick. We’ll tell you about our favorite way to make apple and raisin pie.
Ingredients for the pie:
- flour – 2 cups:
- leavening agent – tbsp;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – a cup;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- vanilla sugar – tbsp;
- warm kefir – a cup;
- vegetable oil – ½ cup;
- apples – 2 pcs;
- raisins – 50 g.
Cooking the pie:
In a deep bowl, break three chicken eggs, add a cup of sugar and salt. For flavor, pour in one tablespoon of vanilla sugar. Mix the ingredients with a mixer until the mass becomes homogeneous and white.
Pour in a glass of warm kefir, as well as half a cup of vegetable oil.
Gradually add two cups of flour and baking
powder. For the filling we use apples

Cut the fruit into cubes of medium size and send to the dough. Also add raisins.
Stir the dough
. Cover the glass mold with parchment. Pour the batter into the mold and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
Send to the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
