Asian-style chicken. Beautiful dish, restaurant serving: tasty and simple

When we hear about Asian cuisine, we usually imagine sushi, woks, and various exotic dishes. But, in addition to fish and rice, Asians love chicken. Poultry meat is consumed in Korea, China and Japan in very large quantities. At the same time, Asians are not tired of following traditions, so even chicken meat is preferred to that which has recently come from farms.

Chicken is used not only for soups, additions to rice, but also for various fast foods. As a rule, chicken is fried and stewed in soy sauce with many additives.

Recently, this method of cooking and marinating chicken came to Europe and became one of the most popular. Let’s prepare Asian-style chicken together.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 1 kg;
  • Onion – 400 g;
  • Ground tomatoes – 700 g;
  • Garlic – 4 cloves;
  • Fresh cilantro – 20 g;
  • Fresh parsley – 20 g;
  • Soy sauce – 150 ml;
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tsp;
  • Ground hot paprika;
  • Dried ginger – ½ tsp;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Ground coriander – ½ tsp;
  • Ground sweet paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Salt;
  • Sugar – 1 tsp;
  • Monosodium glutamate – 1 tsp;
  • Fresh hot peppers.

Preparation:

Cut onions into thin feathers, fry in a skillet in vegetable oil over high heat. Fry onions until soft for about 2 minutes.

Cut chicken fillet into small plates. Remove the onions from the skillet, pour in the oil and soy sauce.

Sauté

the chicken meat for 5 minutes on high heat. Chop

the cilantro and parsley and add to the meat along with the tomato sauce.

Add the fried onions, sesame seeds, salt and sugar to the chicken.

Don’t forget to add sodium gluconate as well.

Cover the chicken with a lid and stew for 5 minutes. Pour into the chicken ground hot paprika, dried ginger, ground black pepper, ground coriander, paprika, hot pepper.

Press garlic cloves through the press, put them to the chicken and mix with the spices

Leave the chicken under a lid on a low-medium heat for 20 minutes.

Serve Asian-style chicken best with rice.
