kilogram of shrimp can be used to make many dishes. At the same time, the seafood will give your dishes satiety and new flavors.

Ingredients for salad “Athena”:
- Iceberg lettuce – pcs;
- mozzarella – 4 pcs;
- tomato – pcs;
- dill – bundle;
- boiled shrimps – 100 g;
- mayonnaise – tbsp;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of salad “Athena”:
Finely chop Aisberg lettuce, cut thin slices of mozzarella, dice tomato. Chop a bunch of dill, mix with lettuce, cheese and tomato in one bowl.
Boiled shrimp should be peeled from the shell and remove the internal excess.
Put the shrimp in the salad, dress with mayonnaise, salt and mix thoroughly.
