Ingredients for stuffed cabbage:
- cabbage – 300 g;
- minced meat – 700 g;
- oat flakes – 100 g;
- salt – tsp;
- ground black pepper – 13 tsp;

- vegetable oil – 5 tbsp.
Ingredients for frying:
- onion – 2 pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for gravy:
- tomato juice – 250 ml;
- water – 100 ml;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of stuffed cabbage:
Cut a small diced onion, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry onions and carrots until soft and golden color.
Grate cabbage on small grating cutters, put it in the mince together with ⅔ of the roast

Pour into the minced oat flakes, salt, ground black pepper and dry garlic, mix thoroughly.
