For a very long time, people around the world did not perceive such a fruit as avocado. Probably, many people did not know how this strange and soapy fruit could be useful in everyday life. But, as time went on, there were some skillful people who began to make a large number of interesting recipes out of avocados. This renewed the interest of the masses in the fruit. Avocados began to be talked about on social media. Soon the craze reached the point where toys, notebooks and even jewelry were made with avocados.
But, the main purpose of the fruit is for eating. There are a huge number of ways to cook avocados. Especially in Mexico, there are many dishes with this fruit. Mexican women make avocado soups, bake pies.
We will not go that deep into Mexican cuisine. However, we will still tell you about avocado pasta.
Ingredients for avocado pasta:
- avocado – pcs;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- canned tuna – 80 g;
- garlic – clove;
- paprika – ⅓ tsp;
- lemon juice.
Preparation of avocado paste:
Separate the avocado pulp from the peel and seed. With a fork in a bowl knead the pulp into a puree, add salt and lemon juice. Pass a clove of garlic through a press, put it in the paste, mix the components well.
Boil a couple of hard-boiled eggs in advance. Divide the paste into two equal portions. Cut both hard-boiled eggs into small cubes. To one part of the pasta add the egg with paprika.
To the second portion of pasta put the tuna without liquid and the second chopped egg, mix the ingredients.
Thus, you will have two pasta with avocado. This is a great spread on bread for a morning snack.
