Ingredients:
- mackerel – 2 pcs;
- lemon – 1 pc;
- thyme – 4 sprigs;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- chili pepper – 1 pc;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp;
- mustard grains – 1 tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- juniper – 4 pcs.
Preparation of baked mackerel:
