Baked mackerel. Simple recipe for the oven: unique taste and flavor

Baked mackerel is a tasty and healthy dish that can become a decoration of any table. Thanks to the simplicity of preparation, availability of ingredients and unique flavor, it is popular with many hostesses. Mackerel

is rich in vitamins D and B12, contains a large amount of protein, iodine, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, fluorine and other useful elements.

There are many ways to cook mackerel. It can be fried, stewed, sauteed, smoked or baked. However, the method with baking allows you to preserve all the useful properties of fish and give it a unique taste and flavor.

Ingredients:

  • mackerel – 2 pcs;
  • lemon – 1 pc;
  • thyme – 4 sprigs;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • chili pepper – 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp;
  • mustard grains – 1 tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • juniper – 4 pcs.

Preparation of baked mackerel:

For the marinade it is necessary to combine in vegetable oil soy sauce, mustard grain mustard, crushed chili pepper, pressed garlic. Cut thin circles of lemon and put them on the bottom of the baking mold.
