Many people dreamed of growing a banana tree and never again buy this exotic fruit in the store. However, as practice has shown, it is impossible to grow a palm tree with bananas in cold conditions. Even in Sochi, not bananas grow small and not suitable for consumption.

Ingredients of the dough for banana pie:
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Butter – 90 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 270 g;
- Salt – a pinch.
Ingredients of the pie filling:
- Sour cream – 300 g;
- Bananas – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Flour – 2 tbsp;
- Eggs – 1 pc.
Preparation of banana cake:
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with salt and sugar until the granules dissolve. Melt butter in the microwave, pour it into the egg mixture.
Pour ½ of the flour into the cream mixture, add baking powder and knead elastic not sticky dough. Pour the rest of the flour into the dough to create a creamy crumble
. Put the creamy crumble into a 24 cm diameter mold, press it with a glass to make it adhere better to the bottom. Do not forget to form the sides of the crumble.
Slice the peeled bananas into thin rings and place them on the crumble crust.
For the filling in a bowl combine egg with sugar and sour cream. Pour flour into the mixture, mix thoroughly. Pour
the bananas with the resulting sour cream, spread it evenly over the surface.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for half an hour.
