Zucchini, the main ingredient in these fritters, is a gourd crop belonging to the pumpkin family. Ingredients:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- salt – 2.5 tbsp;
- kefir – 300 ml;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- flour – 200 g;
- black pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- paprika – ⅓ tsp;
- leavening agent – tsp.
Preparation of zucchini fritters:
Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, pour a couple spoons of salt and leave in a bowl for 10 minutes. In a bowl with kefir beat the eggs, salt and flour, knead the dough.
Squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini and
pour it
into the dough

Pour the paprika, ground black pepper and baking powder into the dough and stir.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the fritters until golden on both sides.
