Ingredients for the dough:
- kefir – 250 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- flour – 450 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- vegetable oil – 50 g;
- zucchini – 400 g;
- carrot – 1 pc;
- onion – 1 pc;
- salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of zucchini tubes:
In a bowl with kefir break an egg, pour salt, mix. Then pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a soft and elastic dough.
Put the dough under cellophane and leave it for 20 minutes. At this time, for the filling, chop onion, fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Grate carrots and zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze the vegetables from the liquid. Put zucchini and carrots in the frying pan with onion, fry.
In a bowl with cottage cheese grate cheese, mix. Divide the dough into 4 rolls, each roll out into a round layer with a diameter of 20 cm.
Divide the layer into 4 triangles. Put zucchini or cottage cheese filling in each
triangle
