Cutlets are molded meat or fish products fried or baked to a golden crust. The word “cutlet” comes from the French term “cotelette”, which means “piece of meat” or “ham”. Mix minced meat with baking soda, salt, black pepper and starch, rub garlic finely to it. Pour milk to the mince and mix thoroughly, put it in a bag and beat it.
Leave the mince in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and then form it into small cutlets or sausages with wet hands. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the cutlets on all sides until crusty
