Ingredients:

  • Beets – 2 pcs;
  • Beans – 100 g;
  • Walnuts – 30 g;
  • Parsley – a couple of sprigs.

Ingredients for dressing:

  • Vegetable unrefined oil – 3 tbsp;
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Honey – 1 tbsp;
  • Salt – a pinch.

Preparation of the salad:

Boil or bake beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Add

beans to the beets, chop walnuts in the salad.
