Ingredients:
- beets – 3-4 pieces;
- pickles – 4-5 pieces;
- eggs – 3-4 pieces;
- onion – pcs;
- milk – 80 ml;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- sunflower oil – 200 ml;
- olive oil;
- mustard – tsp;
- lemon juice – tsp;
- parsley – bundle;
- bread slices.
Preparation:
In boiling water send beets to boil until ready. Then rub it on a coarse grater. Instead of boiled beets, you can use baked beets. Transfer the prepared product into a salad bowl.
Onion cut

half rings. Grease a frying pan with olive oil and send the onion to fry. Finely chop two cloves of garlic and add to the onion. Transfer to the salad bowl with beets.
Four pickled cucumbers cut lengthwise, and then in circles. Combine with the rest of the products. 3-4 eggs are hard-boiled, peeled and diced. Send to the salad bowl.
