Let’s prepare a simple beet salad for the holiday.
Ingredients for beet salad:
- onions – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- black pepper – tsp;
- sugar – 3 tsp;
- beets – pcs;
- potatoes – pcs;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- parsley – ½ bundle;
- canned corn – 3 tbsp;
- processed cheese – 70 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- Greek yogurt – tbsp;
- mustard – 2 tsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Dice onions into small cubes, fry them lightly in vegetable oil. Salt onions, pepper and sprinkle sugar, mix.
Boil beets and potatoes until ready, peel
