Ingredients for salad “Metelitsa”:
- boiled chicken fillet – 200 g;
- Provencal herbs;
- dried garlic;
- mayonnaise;
- boiled egg – pcs;
- prunes;
- walnuts – a handful.
Preparation of salad “Metelitsa”:
Cut small pieces of chicken fillet, mix with provan herbs and dry garlic, dress with mayonnaise. Cut the peeled egg into small cubes.
