How to prepare a delicious dish of zucchini, which will be eaten by both adults and children? This question worries quite a lot of people. The fact is that for most people zucchini is considered a strange not tasty vegetable. Therefore, for example, children do not even try to taste zucchini.
At the same time, zucchini can be very tasty, the more useful in various dishes. The main thing is

It is worth showing how you can cook zucchini casserole.
Ingredients of zucchini casserole:
- Zucchini – 1 kg;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Onions – 2 pcs;
- Hard cheese – 150 g;
- Eggs – 5 pcs;
- Flour – 140 g;
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp.
Preparation of zucchini casserole:
Chop zucchini and carrots on large grating cutters, mix together. Vegetable mass does not need to get rid of the juice.
Cut thin quarter rings of onions
