fact is that in Italy – the birthplace of pizza, such components are not added to the dish. It is exotic, which Italians do not understand. It is
worth sharing a recipe for one of the exotic pizzas – zucchini pizza.
Ingredients for zucchini pizza:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- onions – pcs.;
- carrots – pcs.;
- bell pepper – pcs.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- milk – 250 ml;
- flour – 200 g;
- leavening agent – tbsp;
- cheese – 150 g;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of zucchini pizza:
Shred zucchini on large grater teeth. Salt the zucchini mass and leave it for 10 minutes. At this time, cut onions into half rings.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil, fry onions for 3-5 minutes until soft. Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater
